Responsible Gaming at bag88 — Your safety is our priority
bag88 believes that recreational gaming should always be controlled and enjoyable. Using our responsible gaming tools, you can set your own limits.
Why is responsible gaming important?
Online betting and casino games can be enjoyed when seen as a form of entertainment. But sometimes gaming can get out of control. bag88 places the highest importance on every player's mental and financial wellbeing. That is why we have developed a range of responsible gaming tools for you.
Always set a budget before you play and try not to exceed it. Remember, betting is primarily for entertainment — never treat it as a source of income. Building a culture of responsible gaming at bag88 is a core part of our mission.
Our platform has multiple protection measures including deposit limits, session limits, time-out, and self-exclusion. You can use these tools at any time to manage your account.
Protection tools — Take control of your gaming
bag88 gives you full control over your own gaming experience. The tools below can be activated at any time from your account settings.
Deposit Limit
Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Once set, this limit takes effect immediately. Increasing the limit is subject to a waiting period so you can reconsider your decision.
Session Time Limit
Decide in advance how long you will play in one session. When the set time is up, the system will automatically alert you and encourage you to end the session. Healthy breaks keep your mind fresh.
Time-Out Break
Take a temporary break from 24 hours up to 30 days. During a time-out, you will not be able to log in or deposit to your account. This time gives you the opportunity to reflect.
Self-exclusion
If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, choose a long-term self-exclusion — 3 months, 6 months, or permanently. Once this decision is in effect, reactivating your account will not be straightforward.
Reality Check
A pop-up will appear at set intervals to show you how long you have been playing and what your overall results look like. This transparency helps you make informed decisions.
